Upstairs heater was not working. Reached out to Beshad.  He kept me updated on his schedule and showed up same day within a few hours. He took a look, minor issue and it was fixed.  He did not charge me.  I felt bad and even offered to pay for his visit (he doesn’t charge for visits) and he refused.  This is twice he’s helped me out and it’s been a great experience.  I’d definitely contact him again and would highly highly recommend him to family and friends.
